The Old City of Jerusalem is a “no fly” zone. However, Joel and Barry Kramer recently received special permission to video a Jerusalem excavation where Joel is a staff member. In the early light of dawn, they were able to fly a drone over the Old City. In the video, the sun is rising over the Mount of Olives.
