The Kidron Valley separates the city of Jerusalem from the Mount of Olives. Two kings crossed this valley in Biblical times, heading different directions in relation to death.
- King David crossed the Kidron Valley to escape death, fleeing for his life from his own son (2 Sam 15:23).
- King Jesus crossed the Kidron Valley to enter death, laying down his life as a faithful Son (John 18:1).
This sermon explores what that has to do with you. It was delivered on May 25, 2014.
