Will You Join in Today's Chorus?

In Revelation 5:13, John writes:

And I heard every creature in heaven and on earth and under the earth and in the sea, and all that is in them, saying, “To him who sits on the throne and to the Lamb be blessing and honor and glory and might forever and ever!”

For those with eyes to see, ears to hear, and hearts to understand, every creature in heaven and on earth and under the earth and in the sea is glorifying God today. Birds are glorifying God by flying. Deer are glorifying God by running. Worms are glorifying God by digging. Whales are glorifying God by swimming. Leaves are glorifying God here in the Midwest by changing their colors.

Fall

The created glorifies the Creator when it does that which it was created to do. In their own unique God-designed ways, the birds and the deer and the worms and the whales and the leaves are saying, “To him who sits on the throne and to the Lamb be blessing and honor and glory and might forever and ever!”

Which leads to this fundamental question: Will you join in today’s chorus?
