See You on January 1, 2010

Thanks so much for your interest in   It’s been a great year, and I have much for which to be thankful.   I’m sure you do as well.

I’m taking a break from the blog for the next two weeks.   I’m sure I’ll pop in occasionally on Facebook or Twitter.   But beyond that, I’m going to slow things down a bit on the digital side of life.   I encourage you to do the same.   Let’s make the most of the last two weeks of 2009.   And let’s remember the Source of all our blessings.   In the words of Albert H. Hutchinson:

For all the blessings of the year,
For all the friends we hold so dear,
For peace on earth, both far and near,
We thank Thee, Lord.

For life and health, those common things,
Which every day and hour brings,
For home, where our affection clings,
We thank Thee, Lord.

For love of Thine which never tires,
Which all our better thought inspires,
And warms our lives with heavenly fires,
We thank Thee, Lord.

Lord willing, I’ll see you on January 1, 2010.
