The Eternally Important Work of Bible Class Teachers

TeacherWhat’s the point of our Bible classes? What are we trying to accomplish in those times on Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings? What must our teachers remember? Why are those periods worthy of the best of everyone involved?

Those were some of the questions asked in the PM service on September 6, 2009 at Laurel Canyon. God’s will is that teaching be an indispensable part of the process of revealing Himself to mankind. Deliberate teaching occurred at all of the major milestones of God’s interaction with His people. This sermon encourages teachers to remember, “It’s not about you!” It’s about the students. It’s about the Bible. It’s about God.
