Roman Soldier Pics

David Padfield has posted some very high quality photos of a Roman Army reenactment available for free download.

At 1024×768 pixels, they are perfect for use as PowerPoint sermon backgrounds or in Bible class lessons.

Ferrell Jenkins has also written about the Roman Army Chariot Experience (RACE) here and here.

I’ve been privileged to visit Jordan on a couple of occasions, but never seen the RACE program. If I ever get to go back, this will definitely be a must see!

For now, enjoy the photos, and think about the Spirit’s instructions in Ephesians 6:10-17.
