Today's Bible Reading:

Humility And Marriage

Humility is the hinge on which the door of marriage swings.   Without it, your relationship is most likely doomed.   How many arguments have come from your unnecessary ego?   A lot more than you realize.

So here are a couple thoughts to keep in mind: First, pride builds walls, but humility builds bridges.   Find ways to reach out to your wife even if it means losing a little face.   Secondly, humility is not thinking less of yourself – it’s thinking of yourself less.

Strive to esteem your wife more than yourself and watch her reciprocate.
